This room has a king-size bed, sliding doors to the private balcony,
cable TV, VCR, walk-in closet, and a beautiful view overlooking
the intercoastal waterway.
Second
bedroom: This room has a queen-size bed, large closet, and
CD clock radio; tastefully decorated.
Additional
sleeping: There is a twin-sized rollaway bed is in the closet.
Extra sheets, blankets and pillows are in the closet.
Living
Room: Bright and cheerful, the living room has cable TV, DVD
player, CD stereo, and a selection of books and movies on DVD.
Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony.
Kitchen:
New stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully
stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals (cutting
boards, knives, cookware, bakeware, etc.) and also has a microwave
and coffee maker.
Balcony:
The balcony is private and overlooks the intercoastal waterway.
Patio table and chairs allow you to enjoy meals or drinks on the
deck while looking for dolphins or enjoying the fresh tropical
air.
Other features:
air conditioning, heated pool and jacuzzi, palm trees and beautifully
maintained grounds, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts, private docks,
shuffle board, elevators, clean and bright coin-operated laundry
room (with book and magazine swap), assigned parking space with
ample guest parking, pretty linens for kitchen and bath, hair
dryer, laundry baskets, iron/board, fans, and many other comforts
of home. Our condo is directly on the intercoastal waterway, home
to dolphins, manatees, and boaters. The gulf beach is directly
across the street and has beautiful, white sand, seashells, pelicans,
and a gorgeous nightly sunset.

This unit is
owned by us, Jim and Katie Butler, and we maintain our vacation
home to be clean and comfortable. The building of Bay Shores has
many residents who expect peace and quiet. This is not a place
for spring-break parties, but rather a place to relax by the pool,
enjoy the beach, or take day trips to local restaurants, Clearwater
Pier, Bush Gardens, Saint John's Pass, or Lowry Park Zoo. We are
approximately 15 miles away from Tropicana Field, home of the
Tampa Bay Rays.
There are
no pets allowed anywhere on the premises (this is strickly
enforced!) We request no smoking in our unit.
We have a
very nice management company who will collect deposits and payments
and distribute keys for us. They are located near Indian Shores
and are available to solve any problems during your stay.
